1 Wave Designs is located in Ontario, Canada and all orders are shipped from this location.  Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.  Bulk and custom orders may require extended processing times.

Please contact us immediately if you have any changes to make to your order. No changes can be made to the order once the package has been shipped.

Below is a guideline of when to expect your package and will depend on the method of shipping you choose at check out. Please note that all estimated delivery times are calculated assuming shipment to urban centres.  You will receive an email notifying you when your package has been shipped and any shipping overages, if applicable, will be refunded at that time.
